Motorcycling and The Man

City News
On 9 May, Portland City Council unanimously voted to recognize an official Motorcycle and Scooter Citizen's Advisory Committee. Formed in the wake of the April 2005 Motorcycle and Scooter Community Forum, this group is looking forward to working with both riders and city officials to improve the "state of riding" in Portland.

SFRC members Zac Christensen and Patrick Leyshock are part of the team, as well as local riders Courtney Olive, Heather Knight, and Julie Goodrich. Find the KGW story here, and if you haven't yet visited the city's site for riders, check it out. The city recently put out a call for committee applications.
